ART JOURNALING FOR WELL BEING

Join me each week as we explore the ways in which therapeutic art journaling can benefit our well being, health and happiness.

Some weeks will be light-hearted and motivational while others will take a deep dive into the psyche and heart.

You're guaranteed to come away with new ideas about how to allow your authentic self to shine AND have fun in the process!

Please note that these are therapeutic sessions, not art classes. They are only open to 18+ year old participants.

Sessions will be held each Thursday evening from 6-8pm, from July 31 - September 18, 2025, excluding Thursday, August 21. This session will be held on another evening of the groups’ choosing.

***Please note that minimum group number is required for these sessions to go ahead. Refunds will be issued before the commencement date if this minimum is NOT met.

DROP-IN

This is a casual art group for people 18+ who identify as a part of or an ally of the LGBTQIA+ community.

Drop in for a chat and a cuppa all while
taking part in some art activities designed for self care and reflection, or just plain fun.

A great way to make friends, connect with community and destress! All materials plus tea/coffee are provided. NDIS participants and support people welcome.

CREATIVE TOOLKIT FOR TEENS

An 8 week program for teens 13-18 who are looking to create, connect and learn how to use art to regulate emotions, find their flow and occupy a sagfe space. LGBTQIA+ friendly and supportive of all teens.

We will explore art in a way that calms and regulates stress, strengthens sense of self and creates emotional resilience, all while having fun, connecting and learning new skills!

All materials provided.

**Please note that this is a connection-based arts group and is NOT skills-based or dependent on talent. Everyone can benefit and enjoy. Also, minimum group number is required for these sessions to go ahead. Refunds will be issued before the commencement date if this minimum is NOT met.**
